Windows xp scroll smooth




















To be fair, scrolling does accelerate and it is precise to do most tasks. I found two solutions: the first is to decrease the number of lines that Windows scrolls down vertically. In the Manufacturer tab, it could say Synaptics. So, now I know that I can use the Synaptics software.

There are some options within Windows to adjust the scroll wheel behavior. However, your mouse most likely has its own device driver, and that driver will control this functionality.
